Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items, accessories, or customized products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@houseofinfinity.shop within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address or arrange a pickup (if available in your area).


Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • For exchanges, your replacement product will be dispatched as soon as the returned item passes quality checks.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Innerwear or intimate wear

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll ensure a replacement or full refund is processed at the earliest.
